    There are still likely many caches of guns and ammunition from the second world war around the UK. They were intended for resistance fighting if we were ever invaded, and for obvious reasons there were no records of just where they were placed.
    Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.

    I would think they did Lex. After the war things were pretty chaotic and there was still a thriving black-market. I'd guess that a few 'in the know' would have sold them on if they could. Maybe this was one part of the reason why we had a spike in armed robberies during the late 50s early 60s?
    Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
