    Apparently, the number of students attending Coventry University are dropping; unless Warwick Uni's making the numbers up, these could be standing empty.

    Many already are. They've been re-classified as suitable for young professionals. Feel free to draw your own conclusions!

    I have long suspected that 'student' housing has been used as a way around the usual planning regulations.
    Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
