I've always wondered what the buildings were: https://stratfordobserver.co.uk/news...some-tlc-5848/

WCC's getting involved. I wonder if the buildings will still just sit there and rot if the Council takes the site over: https://www.leamingtoncourier.co.uk/...sing-1-9037080

Sadly Lex, that usually happens. I wonder if after stabilisation they can pursue the owner for costs and ensuring the building is kept up to scratch?

So the tax payers are going to pick up the bill? Whilst I understand the urgency, I hope that steps are taken to recover the costs from the land owner.
