The problem is that once the land is gone, it's gone. Whilst I've never rated that particular college, I think this is the long term death-knell

There will be nothing of any use left in Nuneaton .
I spent a lot of time at this college-learning Photography and art. My daughter taught social history there , my son did his A levels in art and a few other things.
Where else will people go. They don't always want to travel to Hinckley every day.
