    I always contact any candidate asking for my vote and see what they're like, see what they propose doing for the area etc. You'd be surprised at how many don't even reply.
    Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.

    Fair play to them. Coventry Council simply refuse to use reserves to stave off rises: they'd rather use their reserves to bail out failing businesses and bankrupt developers.

    Got my Council Tax bill today - only an extra £5 a month, so it's not too bad.

    I was quite pleased - I was expecting to have to pay a bit more than that.
