Strange how pubs that are no longer required by breweries/pubcos often burn down isn't it?
I was talking to a friend earlier. Be was saying that ehen he was growing up in Birmingham, things like this were always happening to pubs where planning permission for redevelopment had been turned down.
That was a quick arrest: http://www.stratford-herald.com/7490...pub-arson.html
The pub burns down, then planning permission to demolish it & build more houses than originally sought is applied for. Not suspicious at all: https://www.leamingtoncourier.co.uk/...rawn-1-8620023
I'm sure another application will be put in soon.
Houses are finally being built on the site: https://www.leamingtoncourier.co.uk/...arwick-2941603
No way I'd like to live on that insanely busy road.

- Lord Byron.
Yes, there's always a queue of traffic heading towards the junction with Coton End.
