This is nothing more than political posturing and the weakest are going to bear the brunt. Shame on you CCC.

I was in CCC a few years back and pointed out many areas of waste/duplication and inefficiency. The guy I pointed it out to said, "It'll take a braver man than me to tackle that lot!" - Says it all! Mutton is a muppet of the first order.
