It's a 'marmite' building Lex.
I personally don't like it but I know a few that do. For once, I think the decision is the right one. It's quirky rather than being of architectural significance.

It's literally a white elephant. - A millstone around our necks, that costs us to maintain!
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
With the Ikea building potentially being filled with 'art', will there be enough left for this building?
