Brilliant aren't they?

I used to love travelling on the local steamers between Coventry and Nuneaton.

Somehow steam is almost alive.

It's been a while, but I used to often visit steam rallies. There really is little to beat the smell and general atmosphere.

Oh dear no, I don't have time for train spotting!

It's just a nostalgia thing as I remember them from my youth and always looking out of the school classroom window where we can see lovely big choo choo trains and all the steam.

If there is a steam train passing through locally I will go and see it too.
