The pleasures of living in a tourist attraction!

Surely there must be a way of pleasing the locals whilst still bringing in the much needed revenue? The problem is that our incompetent and lacklustre councils simply can't be bothered to look for solutions that work for most people. - Too much effort for them.

As I have said before, councils work for us. Sadly, ousting rotten councils is far more difficult than might at first appear.

Yes there is - just complain at them when they want your vote! I made a complaint about a local issue recently, and before I knew it a local councillor who's up for reelection in May couldn't get enough of my views!
