    Default What have I done...?

Almost a month after I had my much loved German Shepherd put to sleep, I find myself now the guardian of this chappie after being talked into it by Mrs Rebbonk.

He is stubborn, but incredibly friendly and loving.

Haha! looks like he will be taking you for a walk!
What breed is he, looks a bit husky'ish ?

He's an Akita, one year old and is quite strong.

However, his walking manners aren't too bad, they just need working on a little.

One of the most beautiful of dogs.
I'm not a dog person-prefer cats but he is lovely.

Sadly, last night I had to have Spencer put to sleep. - Just 6 days short of his 4th birthday.
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.

Oh no , I am sorry to hear your sad news, that is upsetting for you and Mrs. R. He was still very young for a dog.

Thanks both. He was a great fellow if a little cheeky at times. He'd think nothing of tipping my computer off my lap if he wanted something and he used to give me a real hard punch with his nose.

But the oddest thing, Thursday was 3 years since I had to have my German Shepherd put to sleep.

No doubt we'll be having another...

A few months on and having gotten over the trauma of losing Spencer....

8 months old and a bundle of energy! - I'm a real glutton for punishment.

    She is Lex.

She needs to learn that stealing the cat's food results in getting 'cat slapped' otherwise it's just normal training and socialising. - Means plenty of pub trips
