The key word here is claiming. Job-centres are doing all they can to move people around, even to sanction them. many people have been forced to take zero hours contracts, which also stops them claiming JSA.The number of people claiming Jobseeker's Allowance in April fell by 25,100 to 1.12 million.
Sorry, I trust nothing that Camoron or his lying cabinet say. (And I would believe Miliband either!) What I will believe though is my own eyes, and I see very little that convinces me we are out of the woods yet.
I know they have an axe to grind, but I think I'm in broad agreement with them

Sorry Lex, I don't trust the BBC and today's figures raise rather a lot of questions to my mind. I'm simply not seeing any improvement with my own eyes.
