I hope he's OK Margaret and wish him a speedy recovery.
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.

After a couple of days of fantastic sunshine, looks like we're back to the grim, grey weather tomorrow.

I'll probably be going away for a weekend during March. Minehead still looks a good option.

Amazingly, it looks like we're actually in for a few days dry weather!

Looks like it's back to wind and rain again, starting tonight & lasting well into next week.

I can hear the wind starting to build now. I bet it's lashing down tomorrow when I walk the dog

I fear Scotland and Northern Ireland will bear the brunt of the storm.

The wind seems its picking up and constant at the moment. I hope we don't get power cuts and trees coming down, anyone driving take care.

Yes, it looks like NI & Scotland are getting the brunt of it. Definitely a day to stay in with a book.

I went to Warwick early this morning In hopes of the Market being there but I was told it was cancelled because of the weather, so I just did a bit of shopping and came home, and now midday, the weather is lovely now, sunny and blue sky!
    Can't win.

Just walked the dog, it isn't half biting if the wind catches you

It quickly cleared up down my way too; although the early rain gave me no reason to avoid doing my housework & ironing! The sunny weather also gave me no reason not to go to the gym & sign up this afternoon!

People have taken leave of their senses with this coronavirus scare. I went to Tesco this morning and was flabbergasted to find no bags or flour, the shelf was completely bare . A Flour shortage of all things! I normally buy a couple of bags of bread flour which does me for about two weeks. Tinned soups etc.. looks a bit low in stock as well. No loo rolls either, not that I wanted any, but was told by customers chatting amongst one another.

The Arena store in Coventry was OK Monday. It was busier than usual, but I didn't notice anything out of stock.

I'm now well stocked on doggy bits and pieces
