I got a few of next doors leaves!
The storm must have missed us, It is all very calm out there , some sun, some rain, nothing out of the ordinary.
I took my rotary line down and garden chairs and put them in the shed , thinking they might get blown about, but needn't have bothered. The river is high though with all the rain and needs to be watched for flooding I guess.
Just looking back Lex's post about the more seasonal weather last October, quite a difference this October, I can't believe we have had such warm lovely sunny weather. This morning it felt warm around half eight , by half nine I had finished the hoovering I have all the windows open and the back door, great for hanging out the washing, but it is uncannily warm for this time of year.
We can't complain, can we? Not had the heating on yet
It's lovely it have it so mild and warm but we've had a bit of heating on of an evening if it feels a bit damp.
Just feels weird this time of year.
Some Pillock was letting of some firweorks early on this morning, probably school kids on their way to school. You can lecture about safety to these kids till you are blue in the face.!
More bad weather on the way!

Don't they blow it up to make a big thing of it? It's winter, we get the cold and the wind.
Yes, we've got strong, blustery winds at the moment. Not good for cyclists or motorists.
It's a bit blustery here in Stratford too, but it's a really mild night out. I ventured from my house earlier on, and found myself wondering why I'd put a jacket on!
Here comes the snow: http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/new...ington-8535064
Well it is winter! I'm afraid I'll believe it when I see it.
There's been a couple of halfhearted attempts at snow here in Stratford, but nothing major. How about the rest of Cov. & Warks?
Couple of brief squalls of the stuff over by the Ricoh, but up to now nothing's settled.
