This kind of p*sses me off. They travel by way of choice, it's their lifestyle. Generally, they won't stop anywhere where they're expected to pay, yet the law obliges... The law is an ass!
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.

Rugby club members taking matters into their own hands, that's the way to do it: https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/ne...rance-21232554

Might have been more interesting if they'd stopped them leaving until any damage was made good.

It's been quiet on the traveller front recently, but they've reappeared: https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/in...llers-23787447

Interestingly, Nuneaton and Bedworth can move them on quite quickly as they already have a court order in place.

However, according to a friend of mine who has passed through them several times, "they don't seem to be typical travellers".

The woke brigade win again: https://stratfordobserver.co.uk/news...-the-go-ahead/

I wonder if these people have their heads so far up their a***s they don't know what the real world actually is.

If they have to pay, they won't use it.

A Rugby councillor wants the gypsy/traveller flag flown in the town, claiming they are misunderstood. Another Woke Wonder who doesn't seem to live in the real world: https://rugbyobserver.co.uk/news/cou...high-in-rugby/

Let the imbecilic councillor agree to personally underwrite any damage (etc,) that they cause! Putting your wallet where your mouth is, can often be rather sobering!

Injunctions kicking travellers out of illegal camps have been ruled legal. One in the eye for the leftie do-gooders: https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/ne...eaton-28208867

There was a site at Griff and another at Bulkington. I don't know if they're still there.

But Travellers won't use places where they have to pay.
