Bulldog Bash

The Bulldog isn't going ahead this year. It's a real shame; the bash is always a great event for Stratford.

It's back! This is one event that's actually popular with the locals (except the police, who only seemed to develop a problem with The Bash when Gerry Tobin was shot in another part of the country)

I've been a couple of times, always enjoyable.

I actually know those convicted of that particular crime, and frankly was more than a little surprised. They often used to have a drink at my local watering hole, and we're always very well behaved and well mannered.

You can never tell, can you? As far as I can remember, that's the only trouble (that we know about!) that's occurred in relation with the Bulldog Bash.
