If something isn't done and fast, I think Coventry can kiss goodbye to having a football team.
The recent court case proved to be a no-score draw, I wonder what the next one will do?

At least Coventry have managed to stay in League 1!

Not even the board of CFC seem to think this will work.

Will the Coventry City situation ever get cleared up? http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/new...ouncil-7122731
For once, I'm on the side of the council, although I will tell you that the Arena make lousy neighbours.
Turns out the council's loan to ACL was legal: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england...shire-28086274

Lex, I think you mean legal. Sadly though, I believe the SISU scum will try to appeal.
Duly edited! Cov. are still no near to moving back to the city: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england...shire-28106761

Whilst SISU are involved, the true fans don't want to know.
The only way for SISU is out!
Coventry have paid off a big chunk of rent, whether it'll help with a possible return is another story: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england...shire-28798131
Looks like they may have appealed again, so very little chance of returning to the Ricoh.
Personally speaking, I'd never trust SISU and don't think them a fit and proper organisation to run a football club.
Geez, Coventry are moving back to the Ricoh: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/28881455
I hope that the landlords have got a big wedge of cash upfront from them!
Personally speaking, I'd tell them to do one!
Coventry's won a game. However, I do still start from the bottom of the table to see where they are in the league!

What irks me is that this deal is "commercially sensitive" so nobody can know. Well, just hang on a minute here, the council work for me (and the other citizens), are they right to with-hold details of how they spend my (our) money?
Whilst I'm not a footie fan, like many of them I'm not happy at the outcome at all.
And if this all goes belly up again (and I see no reason why it won't) will those involved be removed from office for maladministration? - Somehow, I doubt it.
Everyone seems to want to move to the Ricoh now!
