    I'm doing stuffed peppers tonight.

I played with apple turnovers over the weekend, they turned out surprisingly well.

Ordered myself a mutton breast for the weekend. I've never tried it before, and looking forward to giving it a go.

I've cooked a ham hock this afternoon, ham salad tonight. I've also got homemade apple turnovers which I made yesterday.

Unfortunately, I'm now going to be having ham for a few days. Maybe another salad, then possibly into a potato and onion pie? Then, the dog gets what's left!

I bought some croissant dough last week. Tonight will be sausage and cheese wrapped in this dough. (I did try one last night, it was quite tasty.)

I did some rhubarb turnovers this afternoon. A couple of those have done me.

    Yum, rhubarb turnovers!
I'm afraid I feel I have gained a couple of pounds in weight.

Penne pasta today, and cherry yogurt with fruit cocktail for afters.

Well, today I wasn't feeling particularly hungry so I made rice pudding. Very nice, though I possibly overdid the cinnamon; it discoloured things a little. But it was a good excuse to get some full-fat Jersey milk.

I like butter and some freshly ground nutmeg on the top.. Then it forms a yummy skin. Something we used to fight over when kids, who got to scrape the dish to get the last of the buttery bits on the edge.

Mum always used to do that Shizara. Very nice it was too.

    Jacket potatoes with salad tonight.

I had a cooked lunch so had the left overs which were salmon fillet, sliced, baby potatoes already seasoned and herbed, avocado and squirt of light salad cream all on a sandwich.
    Cool

Just treated myself to a sirloin joint for Sunday, and cut a steak off for tomorrow night.

Had chicken drumsticks in peanut sauce a couple of times this week. Quite filling when served up with rice or jacket potatoes.

I've a vat of rice pudding doing for this evening.

I fancy pancakes with apple and caramel fillings for one day next week.
