I Must be Wheely Rubbish...

As a payer of council tax would you expect to have your own wheely bin and not have share with other residents who also pay council tax?

Quite a while now. It seems that someone had phoned to ask for a wheely bin only to be told it would take 10 days. It also seems that was over 2 weeks ago.

I have to wonder if this is part of the drive to save money. Make council tax payers share wheely bins, don't provide recycling bins and only empty them once every 2 weeks.
