The short answer to that is yes. I didn't need to visit as they have a website and I typed Albert Jebbett into their search box. It didn't return anything, so I tried the surname only and it came up with 2 items.

book by AE Jebbett is listed , it looks like he wrote articles relating to old nuneaton area .
would love to know what he wrote about Nuneaton and maybe mention of Jebbett family .. if anyone is going to library could they have a look at scrapbook and plse let me know
