A 'blissful' Warwickshire village has been crowned the best place to live in the Midlands. Described as 'as pretty as a picture', Ilmington has been named the best place to live in the Midlands in the annual Sunday Times Best Places to Live guide.

The south Warwickshire village beat off competition from the entire region to win the hearts of Sunday Times’ expert judges. They described Ilmington 'a blissful example of village life as it should be. It’s as pretty as a picture, with twin village greens, winding lanes and an ancient church.'
