You can't cure stupidity! - I think we must ask ourselves if these people are suitable to be in charge of a motor vehicle that has the possibility of killing others! Maybe we should also ask if they ought to be allowed out without a supervising adult!
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
