    I heard about this on the radio while I was travelling home from work. It won't affect me anyway; I don't go to Stonegate bars, and tend to avoid places that need bouncers on the door.

    If they get away with this, it might well spread to other pub chains. This needs fighting, and any pub implementing it, needs boycotting.

    I've seen a similar thing happen to a pub near me. The landlord put 30-40p on a pint to cover the extra of running a pub nowadays, and people suddenly started going to the other pubs that put their prices up by only 10p.
