I think it needs driving 'back up the chain' when it comes to education. We need to reintroduce the old economic science classes at school. Truthfully, looking at the picture at the top of that article I wonder just how many youngsters could name the items, never mind know how to use them in a meal.
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
