It is worrying, but hardly a surprise. Too many have children without realising that not only do they cost money but that you need to spend time with them and build relationships with them. Many parents are actually (IMO) too self-centred to have children.
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
I agree. I've seen a lot of parents give their kids a gadget to keep them quiet/out of the way while they do something else (watch football/drink beer/stare at their phones etc...)
