Default Lack of Warehouses Holding Business Back

Possibly a bit of vested interest here. Saying that, with less office space being needed nowadays, maybe some office buildings could be replaced by warehousing?

I really don't buy this. Apart from those selling directly to the public (Amazon etc.), there is no need for warehousing now we've moved over to Just In Time (JIT). Unless we've finally realised that JIT is rather vulnerable to things outside our normal control?
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
