As things are at present, I see this as a pipe dream.
The future may well herald a lot more, but there are sound financial reasons for not being a 'ground breaker'. - Unfortunately, our councillors don't understand this, as they are mainly 'glory seekers'.
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
