Again, good news. But people need to understand what the term A&E is. The reason why so many A&E departments can't cope is that people are turning up for things other than emergencies. Maybe time to give the local GP services a kick up the backside?
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
Maybe start by reinstating face-to-face appointments.
