Both sides have now 'dug in' and we are simply seeing a battle of egos from those at the top. Very sadly, those further down the ladder will pay the price; in this case the council taxpayers and those actually out on strike.

Unfortunately, this is an issue of CCCs own making. As usual, the incompetence and shortsighted view of those that we elect is coming back to haunt us.
Unlike many, I always interrogate those soliciting my vote. Most are incapable of posting their own letters!
