    Wink Weather forecast

    Welcome to Maytober.

I've just invented a new month, because it just might as well be October, with the winds, cold and rain, It's awful out there. Heating on again!

I visited the local hostelry with the dog this afternoon, they had their heating on. - I hope the dog doesn't expect it at home!
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.

Good idea, Margaret. After all, we had our summer in April!

Apparently, it's all down to the Jet Stream being diverted: https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/ne...bbish-20652391

Looks like we're going to get some decent weather over the next few days. Forecast is for 20c+ for the bank holiday.

I've now planted out some flowers, looks like ether are holding up.

I've managed to get 3 wash loads dried outdoors this week!

Yes, it was good while it lasted, Lex. The rain has started .
The farmers need it I guess.

I got slightly damp walking home from the pub. The cat's gone out and is sat taking the air under a tree.

No chance of that, Lex, she knows where she's well off.

She showed me a new trick this week. She got me to pour a glass of water and hold it whilst she has a drink!

If the little sod's got you doing things like that, it's a definite reason to get rid of it!

It has to be seen to be believed! The other night she moved to dog's tail so she could lie where she wanted. The dog wasn't overly amused!
