Reading that, 'Green' is the right word.
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.

The link's stopped working - Solihull Observer must have taken the story down.

I look forward to reading some interesting literature and of having rather a lot of fun with the candidates. - Being retired does have benefits,

I see people are digging all the c**p on the Conservative Party just in time for the elections.

It's a dirty business, Lex. Locally we've had a facebook discussion with our ward councillors. The sitting councillor (current leader of the council) hasn't bothered to show his face; another couple haven't bothered, or attended half heartedly.

I usually grill those wanting my vote, but I've not bothered this time; the obvious disdain they hold the electorate in has been quite clear to anyone that has bothered to look. My votes went in the post last Friday, I did 'spoil' one paper.

I've got an idea of who to vote for in 1 election, but, like you Rebbonk, I might spoil another one.

The Tories have done well in Stratford's County Council wards too: https://www.stratford-herald.com/new...o-far-9198360/

They've got the majority of seats on the council: https://stratfordobserver.co.uk/news...council-29506/

I can't speak for other wards, but where I live the turnout was less than 25%! - Absolutely disgraceful.
