I would have sh*t myself. Snakes scare the hell out of me, yet my brother loves them!
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.

A large snake would freak me out, but that is just a teeny weeny thing you could pick up with your fingers.

Still scares me silly, Margaret. I am absolutely terrified of them.

Were you ever bitten by a snake Rebbonk?

Fortunately we here in the UK don't have any dangerous snakes , apart from the adder which I don't think is deadly if it bites a human.
Out for a walk with my then young son, on the Quantocks , Somerset we stumbled across and adder all curled up, we went close up, but not too close to have a good look at it, but it didn't even move or seemed alarmed by us, we just went on our way.
I'm just glad we don't live in a country where there are very dangerous snakes, like Black Mamba's or Pythons or what ever other large snakes there are.

I used to be petrified of spiders, but I am a lot better at dealing with them now. They really are harmless, though I know they can give you a nasty nip.

Never been bitten by one, Margaret. - You'd never get me close enough.

Spiders don't bother me, but many are actually quite venomous. A mate was bitten by a common house spider, it was quite a while before he fully recovered.
