The council will be trying to tell the electorate that they are getting extra for their council tax increases.
Nuneaton's had a lot of money chucked at it over recent years. Have the residents of the town seen any difference?
Like all towns they've suffered, particularly their High Street.

Debatable, but I suppose even Nuneaton has people visiting it.
Accepted, Lex, but it's not as if the area is bereft of accommodation. This just feels like a lot of destruction for the sake of putting in a central hotel.
I see what you mean - redevelopment just for the sake of building something.
