It worries me. We're putting all of our eggs in one basket with the university: and let's be honest, it isn't exactly the best of universities. Eventually, the bubble will burst (as all bubbles do) and what will the city be left with?
I really think that we're storing up lots of trouble for ourselves with short-term thinking.
