The link isn't working for me, Margaret.
Do you mean that you want to play a video backwards, or do you want to 'flip' the video as if watching from the other side of the screen? (Mirror image)
Sorry about the confusion, I meant to get back.
I took a short video on my iPhone of the river Leam when I was out yesterday. but when I uploaded the video to fb it is upsided, not straight so yes, it does need flipping round if you know what I mean, but this system here won't let me upload it .
I thought it was a nice video as the sun was shimmering on the water and the swans gracefully gliding about.
Allegedly...
Open the Photos app and choose a video that you want to flip.
Select Edit.
Press the crop icon at the bottom right of the screen.
Tap the flip icon (which looks like a triangle with an arrow on top of it).
Tap Done.
HTH? - If not I'll find other ways for you.
Has This Helped ;)
Ok, I seem to have succeeded on the Kapwing.com video converter.
I tried uploading it here but I get the message, Invalid file.
Where are you hosting it, Margaret?

Not sure if you can see this, Margaret? - I can't see F/B vids due to my settings.
I uploaded to youtube...

In case you want the link...

Brilliant Rebbonk! that is great, thanks again for your tuition!
Perseverance is the key. :)
Its a very short video, but I am glad I learnt how to do it. You can just see that swan suddenly dashing across the water at about 10 seconds or so in. Also I was partly facing the sun so it turned out to be a bit fuzzy or darker than the actual time I took it. It was in the morning brilliant sunshine.
OK, small steps, but I've managed to open a youtube account. Apparently they wanted me to change my name different from my email.. Hence the L.

My pleasure to have helped in some small way.
All jokes apart, I find google and youtube very useful for learning things. My thoughts are that if I've got a problem I'm not the only one, and it's quite likely that someone has already cracked it.
I'm wondering if a paid up platform is better quality. The one I'm using the freebie with Kapwing, there are fee paying options to upgrade for more features.
As for FB, I think I have to allow cookies or something for the video to show.
IIRC the quality on that vid was about 270p which is fair. HD quality starts at 720. However, it all depends on the setting on your phone when you took the film. You cant really improve on your original, though there are tools that claim you can.
As regards paying for a service is it really worth it? If what you have does what you want, why spend the money? My pictures are all 'adjusted' using free online tools, most are just as good as the paid for ones. Adobe photoshop is quite expensive, yet Gimp (arguably better) is free. My philosophy is to simply use the tool(s) that work for me. The simpler the better. ;)
