Sounds a lot of money, but in reality it won't go far.
I have never liked Nuneaton-it gives me uncomfortable nasty vibes. But- years ago it was quite a dirty miserable place.smelling of gas and decay.
Now, the shopping area is modern - well-modern in a sense that it looks like everywhere else -Best two things about it is the excellent market....And the road out.
I still get that feeling.
