this Oh so difficult, English language

thought I would revive this thread.......

A French lady came here who could speak no English.
She developed a very bad chesty cough and used a dictionary to write a note for the pharmacist:

" Please... I have a cow in my box !"

(The answer is in a plain brown envelope if needed)
