If you watch the images from your seat in front of the computer, Mr.Angry is
on the left, and Mrs. Calm is on the right. Get up from your seat, and move
back about eight feet. They switch places!

It's something to do with how our brain perceives details depending on how far away we are from the object we're viewing. Certainly brings into mind the question of 'can we trust our eyes?'
