I'm thinking of buying a houseboat/narrowboat to live on. Does anyone know anywhere in South Warwickshire where I can get a permanant mooring?

The plans to build a marina in Stratford have been revived, I've read recently. The idea was originally mooted in the 1970's, but has never come to fruition.
The marina will mostly be for the use of tourists; but maybe a few permanent moorings will be made available for locals.....?
