Ripple Cafe in Stratford Upon Avon

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone knows what they're doing with this place? The builders seem to have built a giant plastic shed around the entire building! It looks like they're building a stage at a music festival, rather then reparing a building.

Anyone know what they're doing?

They're finally taking the giant shed down again, and they seem to have put Ripple back together again, I think it's going to be open again in a week or two.

Excellent. Ripple was a really good restaurant before it burned down; hope it hasn't changed much.

Ripple has reopened. Haven't been yet, but apperently it's very similar inside.

I went there last week, just to the bar upstairs though, which is definately quite different. It's a lot more swanky now, and they were telling me it's going to be 25 and older on the door. But it will be free to get in with membership cards.

I don't know about the resturant, but I imagine it's as good as it was.

Went to Ripple for a works do a few weeks ago & the food was as good as ever. The bar upstairs was overpriced (even for Stratford!) @ nearly £3 for a pint of nitro-keg lager.
