Coming to terms with the past

Hi All,

Just to let you know there is a day course called 'Coming to terms with the past' on Saturday 8th December.

You can book by e-mailing unwind@meditateincoventry.org or pop in on the day.

The course will be taught by an experienced Buddhist Teacher at the Elm bank Training on Mile Lane, 10.30am to 4.30pm and costs £15.
