Hi
I know some of you might find this a little strange, but I have just introduced a new business for people in Coventry and Warwickshire that you or your families might find useful? It's a grave tending and floral tribute delivery service called 'Still Remembered Grave Tending Services'. I would be really grateful if people would check out the services I am offering on my website and see if it would be helpful to friends and families (especially older family members) or friends who have moved away from the area but have had relatives buried in the area with no-one to look after their graves. Because this service has never existed before it's hard to get the message across to people about what is actually on offer. Once they understand, it might really help to ease the burden on a lot of elderly or ill people out there who cannot manage to do the task themselves. I can help them in looking after loved ones they have lost by tending the grave on their behalf or in delivering flowers or an arrangement to mark a birthday or anniversary, mother's day etc. I'm sorry if I have done a sales pitch, but i'm just trying to get the message over that it's really a very helpful service - once people know it's out there! Kind regards to all Mike (Still Remembered Grave Tending Services - Home) |

See if you can get in with some of the funeral directors. They may be willing to promote your services, in a similar way to the tie ins they have with florists. Also an ad next to the obits in the paper would go down well.

I have approached most of the undertakers in Coventry and quite a number of florists too. But I am just trying to bring awareness of the business into the general day-to day lives of people via places like this forum, so that people might suddenly realise that their mum/dad or aunt/uncle etc might be struggling to tend the grave of a family member or friend who has lost someone, and then they can be told of the service I offer because its been made aware to them - rather than then having to search the yellow pages, or look in the paper etc when things get too tough to cope. Everyone that hears of the service thinks its a fabulous idea, but although I advertise in the newspapers occasionaly, its quite expensive and I have to look for alternative ways of getting the message over. Kind regards Mike |
