Default Ikea

It looks like IKEA have started demolishing the old Co-Op. Their new redesigned building looks a lot better, with cafes and restaurants and a new public square.

Just opposite, they are building a 14 storey apartment block.

yes ,the new ikea looks good in priciple. what worries me is people coming from out of town, who will have to navigate the ring road system. And when ikea becomes busy, their is a good chance the ring road will come to a complete standstill. Then i suppose if people do get lost, all they will need to do is find the queue ! I PREDICT MAYHEM.

Mayhem is good. Cities should be busy.

They have GOT TO do something about retail in Coventry. There are a lot of closed down shops now, and the selection/quality is terrible. They need to draw people back in - there are almost half a million people in the city's catchment area.
