I would have thought that I would be accustomed to having my bodyclock messed around with silly o'clock shifts. Put the clock back an hour, so an extra hour is gained yesterday and am tireder than usual!

Yes well they say if you sleep longer than usuall it upsets your body clock. It's not when you sleep but how long. I've also read somewhere that it can affect us if we we wake up on odd minutes instead of even but I think thats a bit daft.
