There're 2 in Stratford, so 1 could be lost there. I haven't shoppes in Boots for a few years now, basically because most other shops are cheaper: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-48435802

I've not been in Boots for years. Last thing I bought from there was a Philips hair/beard trimmer, and that was at least 20 years ago. - It still works and has saved me a fortune over the years. ;)

One of Coventry's is closing: https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/boots-coventry-city-centre-closing-16826795

It's only a small shop. IIRC it belonged to a cheap chain that boots took over a few years back.

But the underlying trend here is worrying, Coventry city centre is suffering a severe reduction in footfall and we are losing shops rapidly. I was in the centre the other day and many shops hadn't opened: it was about 11:00AM!

Don't worry, the City of Culture year will solve all of Coventry's problems!

Oh I wish, Lex.

The only culture that Coventry has, usually grows in a petri dish.
