Maybe we'll now see a bit more of Nadhim in Stratford other than for the occasional photo opportunity: http://www.stratford-herald.com/58251-mp-dropped-apprenticeships-role.html

No doubt we'll be seeing a bit more of him in 2019 - about 12 months before the next election.

Our beloved MP is back in the papers over his financial dealings - again: http://www.stratford-herald.com/63136-mp-successfully-sues-iranian-website-over-isil-oil-allegations.html

Reading a report earlier today, he'll be lucky to collect on his little 'windfall'.

Unfortunately, muck sticks (to put it politely). He's already getting himself a reputation for shady deals.

No doubt Stratford will be seeing even less of its MP: http://www.stratford-herald.com/80731-stratford-mp-lands-senior-government-role.html

...saying he would give up all his outside interests if he were to be offered such a position.

I'm a believer that MPs should hold no other employed positions: being an MP is a full time job. OK as regards other interests (shares etc.) which must be registered, but no seats on boards or as advisers etc. We really need to stamp out any suspicion of corruption and bring in full transparency. - Same goes for local councils.

Bet it'll never happen in my lifetime though!
