ANOTHER Crash in the Stratford Area

I've been thinking for some time now, that all these recent crashes are something to do with the clocks going back/nights drawing in: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-coventry-warwickshire-34982055

There's evidence to support that theory.

However, I think the change was continued to offer school children safer passage to and from school. I'm not sure about the evidence to support that though! It might simply be anecdotal.
