It's a bloody disgrace telling staff that they're losing their jobs on Christmas Day: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-30602326

Interestingly, they were saying how well they were doing back in November. - Always a worrying sign I find.

Their accounts for the last few years make interesting reading, as does the company grouping.

You have to feel sorry for the employees. I bet Moulton hasn't lost out

250-odd staff are taking legal action. Apparently, there's a shortage of drivers - especially HGV, perhaps their time and efforts could be better spent filling these vacancies rather than chasing money they may or may not get: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-coventry-warwickshire-31866869

It'll end up like the Rover fiasco. Those that lost out will get nothing, but plenty of committees and consultants will cream the money in.

I used to be a fan of Moulton, but this has changed my views somewhat. The directors of Rover Group were disbarred from holding office for a few years, it might be justice if a few heads here faced a similar fate.
