Not exactly rocket science is it?
Bl**dy councils need reminding that they work for us!

And the muppets we employ say...
we won't turn them back on (http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/burglary-spike-nuneaton-wont-lead-7372371)
Now, I wonder if it's possible to take legal action against those personally responsible for putting our homes at risk?

As I said in another thread, you can't cure stupid! - Councils top the stupidity league.
The government's turned down an application for £20 million funding for LED street lighting; a sure vote winner!

CPRE is calling for a 'star count' as part of a campaign to cut light pollution: https://coventryobserver.co.uk/news/call-to-count-the-stars-in-bid-to-combat-light-pollution-36217/
TBH, I think a lot of people would rather have street lighting kept on.

The council changed the lights round by me for the controllable LED type. It is hopeless, there are so many dark and unlit areas now. Many of the local ladies refuse to walk the estate alone after dark.
