God knows, there must be plenty of brown field sites for this: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-coventry-warwickshire-26933993

Thing is though, after the council have finished b*ggering about with the roads, will there be any businesses left! And will Coventry be able to attract new business? Whilst the muppets in the Council seem to find 12 months worth of disruption acceptable, I'm not sure that the real, commercial, world will.

Yes, there seems to have been very little investment inside the ring road in recent years.

Am sure most of us are aware of Pacman. It is like an army of these munching their way through the countryside and converting the green belt and agricultural areas into concrete/steel/tarmac forgetting that green and countryside are not just attractive but necessary for the wildlife including the struggling bumble bees and ultimately for our wellbeing but the only green I see of interest is the green that lines pockets and makes accounting look good on budgets.

A good decision by Mr Pickles: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-coventry-warwickshire-31454138

Yes, in general I think he got it right. There simply isn't the infrastructure there to support such a development.

I wonder what Rigby will do now?
